Twin Maids provides residential and light commercial cleaning services within designated areas in Arkansas.

Because we provide in-person cleaning services, we do not ship physical products.

Service Appointments

All services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.

Cleaning services are delivered in person at the service address provided at the time of booking.

Service Area

Twin Maids only operates within selected Arkansas service areas. If a booking is placed outside of our coverage area, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and issue a refund if applicable.

Appointment Arrival Window

Our cleaning professionals will arrive within the scheduled appointment window selected during booking. In rare cases involving traffic, weather, or emergencies, arrival times may be slightly adjusted. We will notify you if delays occur.

Access to Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation in accordance with our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
