Booking & Cancellation Policy

Twin Maids is committed to providing reliable and professional cleaning services. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms:

Booking Confirmation

All appointments must be booked through our website or approved communication channels. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is completed.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to charge the card on file for completed services, late cancellations, or applicable fees.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Late Access / Lockouts

If our cleaning team cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.

Refunds are not issued after services have been completed unless approved by management.
